While others are building ‘accommodation’, Mansell is busy building homes. That’s because, as an experienced community contractor, we focus on the aspirations of occupants as much as those of architects.

Homes are about much more than mere bricks and mortar. They’re about space, comfort and community. They should reflect the people they’re built for, and respect the environment they’re built within. They should meet the demands of today, as well as tomorrow.  

From university residences to military barracks, Mansell has been creating living spaces with this ethos for many years – building and refurbishing properties that people can be proud to live in and around. And while we have dedicated divisions such as Mansell Partnership Housing which serve the affordable housing sector specifically, we pool knowledge nationally so that whatever home we’re building, it starts with the same strong foundation.
