We are adept at sensitively carrying out construction work in a fully operational hospital complex or clinic ensuring that we avoid disrupting staff, patients or the public. We are also experienced at working within hospital infection control regimes.  

We offer a bank of specialist knowledge and skills which are critical to successful project delivery - meticulous planning, expert project management, effective communication and robust supply team relationships.

Mansell is actively involved in framework agreements and Private Finance Initiative schemes including LIFT.  As a Principal Supply Chain Member, we are working as part of Balfour Beatty Group’s delivery team under the ProCure21 initiative.
