Completing projects on time is a key issue for customers and whilst Mansell has a good reputation for keeping to, and even beating, construction programmes, there is always room for improvement.
Sometimes completing on time is critical, such as when a school has to be ready for the new academic year, but it should be a driver on all projects.
We have launched a new “Mansell On Time” campaign to remind all those who work for, and with, Mansell of our passion for prompt completion.
This campaign doesn’t just extend to Mansell employees. We can’t do it alone, we need help from everyone involved in the project. Specialist contractors, suppliers, designers and other consultants as well as customers themselves all have a responsibility to be pro-active in ensuring overall project programmes are adhered to.
We will deliver “Mansell On Time” by making improvements in planning, process, production and programme management throughout the
pre-construction and construction phases. For example, we aim to make time savings during the design process using innovation and by finding quicker ways to build once on site.
Safety is our priority and our ability to complete projects on time is supported and enhanced by our journey to Zero Harm.
We already enjoy very high customer satisfaction scores, averaging over 90%. The introduction of the new campaign should raise this score to an even higher level.
