Cranfield University in Bedfordshire has opened its doors to more on-campus students than ever before, with the construction of 5 new halls of residence.

Our London Special Projects team undertook the
£10.7 million project to create the buildings, which each provide 50 bedroom units including modular bathroom pods. Additionally, commercial kitchen and dining facilities have been provided.

The fast-track programme saw creation of the new halls using special concrete tunnel-forming techniques for the frame.
