Rejuvenating Alnwick

The North East team have been making their presence known in the Alnwick area of Northumberland with a series of successful commercial projects totalling over £12 million.

The last few months have seen the completion of a new Sainsburys supermarket and an Argos and Homebase store. These very successful projects are now followed by the brand new Cawledge Business Park, an impressive complex of 12 self-contained office units. As Alnwick’s town centre grows into a thriving area for business, this new development gives a valuable opportunity for national and local businesses to become part of it.
