Contractor Strikes Gold

Mike Teasdale, who works for the Southampton office of Mansell Construction Services Limited, was presented with a Construction Manager of the Year Gold Medal at the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) annual awards ceremony on 30 October 2007.

Mike won the award for his outstanding performance in design and construction of the Military Court Centre building at Bulford, Salisbury. 

With an innovative design requiring extremely high standards of noise insulation, and a tight timescale to meet the deadlines for some very high profile court cases, Mike rose to the challenge with a blend of strong leadership and thorough professional performance to deliver an exemplar project which has set new standards in legal services.
