Mansell wins £3.7 million design and build housing contract in Halifax

Mansell has been awarded a £3.7 million design and build contract at The Maltings, Upper Hipperholme, Halifax for Sanctuary Housing Group.

The scheme will create 24 affordable houses and 15 apartments which will comply with Code 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Mansell’s Business Development Manager for the Yorkshire region, Paul Taylor commented, “We are pleased to be part of Sanctuary’s framework agreement for the construction of general needs accommodation and look forward to working with them to deliver this latest project.”
