Mansell competes in 2010 Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for charity

Four Mansell teams braved the heights of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon to complete the 2010 Three Peaks challenge.

The South East and Western teams have faced the challenge before so they were well placed to advise the Executive team on how best to complete the challenge in a respectable time!

Led by Managing Director Steve Waite, the Executive team secured themselves a bronze medal, completing the challenge in 22 hours and 25 minutes. £6,000 was raised and shared between Macmillan Cancer Support and The Fire Fighters charity.

The South East regional team of Mansell, based in Croydon, raised the bar finishing in 21 hours and three minutes, gaining a silver medal. Mansell’s Western region were going for gold. Two teams from the regional office in Stourbridge completed the challenge in less than 20 hours, with one team completing in 17 hours and 39 minutes, just short of achieving the Platinum medal.
