Mansell wins £4.6 million contract to develop Burleigh Way in Enfield

Mansell has won a £4.6 million contract to build 39 homes and six commercial units at Burleigh Way, Enfield for Christian Action Housing.

This design and build contract was negotiated through the North River Alliance Framework. All homes will achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. 

Work will commence on site in July and is expected to complete in September 2011.
