Mansell awarded £1million retail contract

Following the successful completion of the first and second phases of the Sanderson Arcade development in Morpeth town centre, Mansell has been awarded the third phase by developers Morpeth II Limited.

The £1 million project involves the demolition of the existing Comrades Club, followed by the design and construction of a further three, two-storey retail units. In keeping with the market town setting and the initial phases of the Arcade, traditional construction and stone materials will be used.

Work is due to begin on site this month and will complete in November 2010, just in time for the Christmas shoppers!
