Mansell scoops £10.4 million care home contract in Hindhead

Mansell has been awarded a £10.4 million contract to provide a care home facility for Signature Senior Lifestyle at Expedier House, Hindhead, Surrey. 

Split over three storeys, the home will provide 77 one and two bedroom flats and 20 special care dementia units. A dining room, lounge facilities and a care treatment unit will also be constructed.

The project has important innovative and environmental features: by enhancing the M&E installation work 10% of energy will be renewable, bat and tree protection orders will be observed and a historical party wall protected.

Work will start on site this month and is due to complete August 2011
