Mansell lands £2.2 million senior living contract

Mansell has won a £2.2 million contract to design and build 20 retirement homes at Old Mill Place, Pulborough, West Sussex for Saxon Weald.

The Green Meadows development will comprise 11 two-bedroom and nine one-bedroom apartments.

The homes will be in timber frame construction.

Work has recently begun on site and is set to complete in March 2011.

This project is the second to be awarded to Mansell under Saxon Weald’s Extra Care Framework and follows the College Road development in Southwater, West Sussex.
