Mansell to deliver £15 million affordable housing project in London Road, Hounslow

Mansell is to deliver an affordable housing project, valued at approximately £15 million at London Road, Hounslow for Catalyst Housing Group.

Following Mansell’s purchase of the site, a planning application was made and subsequently granted on behalf of Catalyst Housing Group for the development of 76 high quality affordable new homes.

The scheme comprises of one, two and three bed apartments arranged over six floors with a provision for commercial space on the ground floor.

Mansell has pre-sold the development to Catalyst Housing Group and includes a separate construction contract for the design & build element.

Mansell will commence construction in July of this year and will complete towards the end of 2011.
