Mansell to finance and build £3 million housing and retail scheme

Mansell Partnership Housing is financing a £3 million design and build contract to create apartments and retail units at Park Road South, Havant for Red Square Developments.

26 apartments will be built on the site together with a single retail unit that can be divided into two. Upon completion eight apartments will be transferred to Housing Association for shared ownership.

The homes will be in timber frame construction.
