Centenary

2008 marks a very special year for Mansell in which we celebrate our Centenary.

One hundred years of successful trading is a remarkable journey for a business which started out life as a family firm, delivering small maintenance jobs in and around Croydon.  

In continuing Mansell’s commitment to supporting the communities we construct, we plan to raise £1 million for charitable causes. This challenge will encourage the participation of our employees and all those we work with in reaching this ambitious target.

The success of Mansell has been, in large part, thanks to the loyalty and commitment of all its employees, both past and present. It has now grown to be one of the UK’s largest national contractors, with revenues in excess of £870 million. This is an achievement that our founder, Robert Mansell, could hardly have imagined from such modest beginnings.
