South East

Our South East division, based in Croydon, delivers construction services to communities across the whole of the South East including South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Operations are mainly focused on affordable housing, education, interiors, health and specialists works. Projects range from small works to major schemes and are delivered through dedicated specialised teams.    

A large proportion of the annual turnover relating to the public sector is generated through long term partnering and framework agreements with valued clients such as Surrey County Council, Woking Borough Council, East Sussex County Council under SECE and many of the major Housing Associations/RSLs across the region.  A number of the unit’s health schemes have been procured under the ProCure21 process.
