The Derby office operates our Specialist Works business within the Eastern Region and handles our Derbyshire County and Leicester City Council, and Home Housing Framework contracts in the Derbyshire and Leicestershire areas.

Having a dedicated workforce that specialises in education and affordable housing in both new build and refurbishment contracts up to a value of £4m, has enabled the business to strengthen its customer relationships and add Nottingham Trent University to its framework portfolio.
