In order to deliver excellent excellent customer service, Mansell has developed an industry-leading approach to specialist contractor supply chain management.

Each potential partner is vetted against key selection criteria including health, safety, environmental, and quality performance.  

Successful suppliers then work closely with Mansell, gaining early access to projects, to develop mutually beneficial relationships. Continuous improvement and innovation are both key to the way we work.

Our partnerships have enabled several industry-leading achievements, including:  

• Working with Hilti to become the first UK contractor to successfully implement a process for reducing the risk of Hand Arm Vibration syndrome to both Mansell and supply chain employees

• Developing advanced off-site manufacturing processes in our work in the aviation and student accommodation sectors

This approach has brought us national recognition, including the Building Magazine Supply Chain Team of the Year Award in 2006 for our work with Defence Estates, the Contract Journal Respect for People Award in 2007 and the Building Magazine Major Contractor of the Year Award in 2008.
